privacy policy
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy statement. Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. If personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) is collected on our website as part of the purchase process, this is always done on a voluntary basis wherever possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
RESPONSIBLE PERSON
Responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act is KWNX Clothing, authorized managing director: Robin Kwincz, Fliederstraße 23, 89542 Herbrechtingen, email: kwnx.clothing@gmail.com
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is information about the factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your telephone number, your address, as well as all inventory data that you provide to us when registering and creating your customer account. Statistical data that we collect, for example, when you visit our online shop and that cannot be directly linked to you are not included here. For example, these are statistics about which pages of our shop are particularly popular or how many users visit certain pages of our shop.
COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We collect, store and process your data, your name, your telephone number, your address (if you pay by direct bank transfer, your bank details if applicable) and all inventory data that you provide to us when registering to order for the entire processing of your purchase, including any subsequent warranties, for our service services, technical administration and our own marketing purposes, see Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR. Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or billing or if you have previously consented. As part of the order processing, the service providers we use here (the transport company, banks, for example) receive the necessary data for order and order processing. The data passed on in this way may only be used by our service providers to fulfill their task. Any other use of the information is not permitted and will not be carried out by any of the service providers entrusted by us. We need your correct name, address and payment details for your order. We need your email address and telephone number so that we can confirm receipt of the order and communicate with you. We also use this for your identification (customer login). You will also receive your order and shipping confirmation via your email address. Your personal data will be deleted if there are no statutory retention periods that prevent this and if you have asserted a right to deletion, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored, or if its storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.
If you use the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you would like to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR):

– Language and version of the browser software.
SECURE DATA TRANSFER
We transmit your personal data securely using encryption. This applies to your order and also to the customer login. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system. In addition, we use technical and organizational measures to protect our websites and other systems against loss, destruction, access, alteration or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.
NEWSLETTER
With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we will inform you about our current interesting offers.
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after you register, we will send you an email to the email address you provided, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within [24 hours], your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store the IP addresses you use and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.
The only mandatory information required to send the newsletter is your email address. Providing additional, separately marked data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your email address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR.
You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can revoke your consent by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter email or by sending an email to info@prozess.shop or by sending a message to the contact details provided in the imprint.
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
CONTACT FORM
When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, if applicable your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer required or restrict processing if there are statutory retention periods.
SHARING PERSONAL DATA FOR ORDER PROCESSING
