I ordered the wrong product. Can I change or cancel my order?

We usually pack and ship your order 2 days after we receive it. If your order is already on its way, we can no longer change or cancel it. However, we do offer an exchange and return of the order. In this case, please contact the support email address mentioned above.

My order was incomplete

Just send us an email to kwnx.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what was missing, we will deliver the missing product as soon as possible .

Will I receive a printed invoice?

When you receive your order, you will always receive an invoice . If it is a gift , please tell us in the notes that you do not want us to include an invoice .

When and how do I receive my invoice and order confirmation?

Immediately after your order you will receive an automatic confirmation by email . Sometimes the confirmation slips into your spam folder , so please check there if it is not in your inbox.

Can I track my shipment?

As soon as your shipment has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking ID.

Where and how do I redeem my discount or voucher code?

You can enter your discount or voucher code during checkout . Click on " View order summary " and enter your code. The value will be deducted directly from your total purchase value.

Can my voucher be redeemed later?

Unfortunately this is no longer possible after we have received your order.

What payment options do I have?

We offer the following payment options :

American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna,

Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay, Visa

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

We charge 5€ shipping for your order within Germany .

Shipping to Austria or Switzerland is 13.99€

However, for orders over 80€, all shipping costs are waived.

I would like to send the order as a gift

That's no problem, just write “ Please send as a gift ” in the notes during the ordering process and we will remove the delivery/invoice slip from the package.

How do your products turn out?

In general, our pieces have a relaxed fit, but you can find more detailed descriptions of each item on the respective product page and on the last picture of each product you will find detailed measurements in cm.

Where do you get your clothes from?

Our products are manufactured fairly and sustainably in Bangladesh .

The production site has all the important certificates , such as FairWear , GOTS and the peta vegan certificate . This gives you the assurance that neither the planet nor people are harmed during production.

Our factory is located in Ulm .

There we have a hall with printing and pressing machines, which we use to finish and ship our products.

What is the composition of your materials?

We source our products from sustainable production sites , therefore we only use organic cotton or recycled materials.

Do your products shrink when washed?

The products do not shrink when washed, provided the washing instructions are followed. You should also make sure that you do not use fabric softener , as this can alter the fibers of the material.

Do your products need to be ironed?

The products are generally non-iron , as they adapt to the body once you put them on. If you still want to iron them, you can do so on a low setting . Please make sure that you do not iron over the finishing of the product.

Complaints & Returns

Are returns free?

Yes, you can return your products to us free of charge within 14 days.

Please make sure that you contact us via kwnx.clothing@gmail.com before returning the item so that we can find a solution for the return together.

I have defects in my product

If there are any defects in the product, please send an email including pictures of the defects to kwnx.clothing@gmail.com , our support will get back to you with a solution.

How do I make a complaint?

If you have received a product that is, for example, broken, you can make a complaint. Please send an email with the following information to kwnx.clothing@gmail.com :

  • image documentation
  • How the damage occurred
  • How often the product was worn between washes
  • your order number


In this way you help us to process your complaint as quickly as possible.

How long can I return a product?

You have 14 days to return your product to us.

How do I return a product?

Please send us an email with your order number and a brief explanation as to why you would like to return your order to kwnx.clothing@gmail.com .

We will send you a return label by email. Please note that we cannot accept packages sent carriage forward .

I want to return products from two different orders. What is the best way to do this?

That's no problem at all. Please write an email to kwnx.clothing@gmail.com with the order numbers you want to return. We will send you a return label for your order.
